They are in great shape with age to them. My translator states that the translation is “Military Scout Junior High”. Not sure if that is correct or not. Really not able to find information on it. I get most of my patches second hand and cannot vouch for the age of the patch, unless it’s one of my personal patches or it came from a reputable source.
