*Headlight was replaced due to one of the functions not working. The headlight has some scratches on the lens, as seen in the photos. The Headlight housing has a hole on back edge, as seen in the photos. All main headlight mounting tabs are good.  The headlight comes with the module, as seen in the photos. The dust cap is missing on back of headlight, as seen in the photos. Top trim bezel is missing on the headlight. 

Makes a good replacement considering new dealer MSRP is over $1,400.
