This is an authentic Littlest Pet Shop Pet Pairs from 2006 with two mice: #191 tan mouse (which is actually from 2004 as shown on the bottom and #192 gray mouse that is from 2005. Ours actually came with a reverse color teeter totter which was different and cool the top is pink and the bottom is blue. These are 100% original as I have been the only owner.
