This headset works from a communication standpoint. The "Y" bracket broke which isn't a big deal to fix (Both parts available on Ebay). I also took off the ear pads as they were worn. Between the time I did that and considered ordering the parts I needed, my wife bought me the newest Bose headset for my birthday. So I don't need this one anymore.
If you are at all handy I will not take much to bring this back to perfect working order!
