In such cases of a truly defective item, we are fully committed to issuing a refund upon receiving the item back in the exact condition it was shipped, including all original shipping materials. 

*If an item claimed to be defective is tested and found to be in working condition upon return to our shop, a restocking fee of 50% will apply to your return.

*We cannot be held responsible for issues such as the inability to rip a disc, and in such cases, the 50% restocking fee will still apply.

Please kindly respect the fact that we are running a business - not a library. If an item is returned for any reason other than a true defect, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and a 50% restocking fee.

*If the wrapping paper on an item is opened, it will be regarded as having been used and handled by the buyer. Consequently, we will deduct 50% from the refund amount.
