Service Life
Due to unpredictable outdoor weather conditions, we do not offer a fixed service life warranty for this flag. Under clear weather and only displayed sunrise to sunset, the flag can last around 180 days. If flown 24 hours daily, its lifespan is generally reduced to one-third of the standard duration. In addition, larger sized flags tend to have a shorter service life.
Extreme Weather Tips
Heavy wind and rainfall may cause wear and damage to all flag materials, including all-weather styles. We recommend taking down the flag during severe weather. Regular inspection for damage is highly suggested. Large flags (10ft × 15ft and above) should be checked for wear at least twice per month. Many customers choose to own two flags and rotate them regularly — one for display while the other is cleaned or repaired.
Flag Care Instructions
Never store a damp flag, as mold may develop. Ensure it is fully dry before placing it in a moisture-proof storage container.
For cleaning, hand wash gently in cold water with mild detergent and air dry naturally; professional dry cleaning is also acceptable. Regular cleaning effectively extends the flag’s lifespan.
Minor, unnoticeable damage can be repaired manually if the overall appearance remains intact. Severely damaged flags should be replaced promptly.
Install your flagpole in an open area to avoid the flag rubbing against rough surfaces, tree branches, or any sharp objects that may cause tearing or snagging.
Maintain your flagpole clean and in good condition. Rust may stain and damage the flag, while rough pole edges can easily tear the fabric.
