This was brand new in that package a week ago. I wore it for one week. (I have size 15 wide feet) will fit feet smaller than that or slightly larger than that . 

I wore this on my Left foot but I think it's interchangeable.

It comes with some new foam pads to help fitment if too loose which I did not need to use.
