Shipping

I send a product by small parcel via Japan Post (International ePacket Light with tracking).

Currently, Japan Post has temporarily suspended accepting mail items to the United States that may incur customs duties (including small parcels and EMS). Therefore, we are unable to ship to the USA using Japan Post and will use Yamato Transport’s standard delivery service instead.

For shipments to countries other than the USA, we will use Japan Post’s small parcel service.

In some countries, tracking information may not be updated because the local postal service does not provide tracking data. If, by any chance, the item has not arrived within three weeks (business days) after shipment, I will request a tracking investigation through Japan Post with your country’s postal service. Please rest assured that I will take full responsibility and support you until the item is delivered to you.
