You were looking at two vintage General Electric clocks. Not tested, I do not plug-in crunchy cords. So that’s why I’m saying non-working because not sure. Model 3H98 is I believe Bakelite. Nautical type clock with an anchor scene. Does have a broken part. Model 7H102 has a bronze colored mirrored front. As shown the cord is crunchy and wires are exposed . Estate found. As is condition. I’m sure somebody out there can make these work again or use them for parts.
