We’ve been selling karaoke since 1988. That’s a long time! When I wanted to put my business phone number in the Yellow Pages the “karaoke” category did not even exist. I had to list the business under “Musical Accompaniment”. I’ve seen a lot of changes in these three decades. The formats that we have used to listen to our music has gone from cassette tapes and Laser Discs to Compact Discs w/Graphics, MP3+G and digital downloads. The good news for those that still have a karaoke cd+g player is that we still have thousands of discs still available, many of them are rare and hard-to-find, such as this one.

Eddie Rabbitt was one of those Country Artists whose songs were just as popular on the Pop Charts as they were on the Country Charts. He placed song after song on both the Top 40 and the Country Charts, true crossover hits. He started his career as a songwriter, composing songs for Elvis Presley, Ronnie Milsap, and other Country artists. He continued his great songwriting but wisely became the beneficiary of his great songs by placing them onto the Charts as a singer. His great career was unfortunately cut short by his passing on May 7, 1998 but his music lives on. 



This is Volume 1 of the great songs of Eddie Rabbitt, too many to put on just one disc. Most of us have either heard someone sing or sung along to 'Driving My Life Away', 'I Love A Rainy Night' or 'Every Which Way But Loose' and we may know these songs by heart but this disc goes beyond that and features some hard to find tracks such as 'Step By Step', 'You Don't Love Me Anymore' , 'Both To Each Other' (with Juice Newton) and many more! Add in the other songs listed below and you've got an awesome collection from the one and only Eddie Rabbitt to sing!
