 Northern Ireland, Highlands, Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and some parts of Scotland, we welcome buyers from these regions however all postage costs stated are for mainland England only. RETURN POLICY: 

We offer a 30 days return policy. You must notify us during the first three days after you receive the item, if there is any problem with your item when you receive it. Please note: Any returned items must be deemed faulty for you to be eligible for our free returns policy. Any returned items deemed not faulty will be subject to a returns charge of £3.50. 

All items purchased must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered and in the original packaging. They cannot have been assembled and disassembled.  ALL OUR ITEMS COME WITH A WARRANTY STICKER LABEL IF THIS STICKER IS REMOVED, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT REPLACEMENTS OR REFUNDS.

When sending a return, please note that it can take up to 7 business days for the return to be processed.
