if shipping damage occurs please notify us immediately so a claim can be filed.
Items damaged in transit are not returnable until notified the claims process is complete.
YOU MUST REPORT DAMAGES WITHIN 15 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF PACKAGE!
The shippers damage policy allows for the discovery of loss or damage up to 15 days after final delivery.
Loss or damage occurring over 16 days after delivery is deemed to have occurred while the shipment was NOT in transit,
and therefore, is not covered.
KEEP ALL PACKAGING!
All packaging material and damaged goods must be retained to prove that damage was done during shipment.
Packaging and damaged goods SHOULD NOT BE disposed of before damage claim is completed.
Failure to comply can result in the denial of the claim.
Shipper may request digital photos of the package, the packing materials and the damaged item.

MISSING PARCELS:
Please contact us if you think your parcel has not arrived in a timely manner.
If the claim is for loss, the Insured must wait 21 calendar days before filing claim.
