ABOUT OUR ITEMS
Mega Bloks / Mega Construx Halo items are checked over before listing. Our items come in from multiple sources inside the US, though we have no control over where their previous owners sourced them or where/how they were stored. Our home is Smoke & Pet free, and we do our best to give them a quick soap & water bath whenever necessary. We do our best to make sure they are in good used/played with condition, with all limbs in working/moving condition. Individual figure listings will include multiple angled pictures. Loose sets, figure sets or lots will have multiple pictures that show everything that's included. We've done our best to make sure these figures are put together correctly with online help. And for loose sets or Figure groups/sets we've done our best to match up with the correct weapons and accessories if we have them. Again, please take a look at the pictures as they will tell you what is included.
The Pictures are part of the description, so please take a good look at them as they should answer most of your questions about condition. Clear platform/stand is for picture purposes only, and is not included. You can hover your mouse over picture to zoom in, or click to super size. If there's something else you'd like to know please ask and I can check for you. Each figure has been bagged for protection and is ready for boxing.
SHIPPING DETAILS
We have switched over to USPS Calculated shipping due to the increasing rate changes multiple times a year. Because of this, I'm unable to automatically discount your shipping as we previously did. Calculated is weight based, and since our listed weight includes the box & packaging, eBay will automatically add up the weight for each item which adds up quickly, or the single shipping amount may be multiplied. So we highly recommend that buyers "Request a total from Seller" when ordering more than 1 item. And if you do so, please wait until I've sent you an invoice prior to sending your payment. If the order is placed in the evening or at night, then I may not be able to send the invoice until the next morning. For those buyers who do not wait for an invoice, or who purchase multiple items separately we will do our best to combine into 1 box, and we will issue a shipping discount refund. If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know. Shipping rates listed are based on actual weight, no handling amount added. For orders containing multiple small items, we will also base the shipping on the actual weight of the package. But in order to take advantage of these discounts you will need to request a total or wait for an invoice with the correct total.

We print shipping labels directly through ebay, so please make sure that the address listed is correct and complete. Our USPS Mail Carrier makes daily pickups from our home Monday - Friday so we do our best to get your order out very quickly. The listed Item(s) will be shipped in a cardboard box with bubble wrap & styrofoam peanuts, and the items are placed in zip bags to keep them safe. Please note that USPS charges for a small package no matter whether your order is shipping in a cardboard box or a padded/bubble mailer. The tracking details will be available on your purchase page, and we do our best to send a message to let you know that your package is on its way. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
Our listings aren't normally set up for International shipping, though at this time we are currently participating in eBay's International Shipping Program. For International buyers who wish to purchase 1 item, just click "add to cart" when choosing your item. For buyers that wish to purchase 2 or more items please feel free to contact me with a list of the items you wish to purchase. I can create a special reserved listing for you with those items. I will pull those items, take a few pictures, and list them together just for you. The US shipping will be discounted, and eBay will be able to accurately discount the International portion based on the combined weight of the box. We have no control over the shipping costs/fees for the International portion of the delivery, as far as I know it is based on the box size & weight.
