This listing is for "Wits & Wagers," published by North Star Games.  This is the first edition of the game, and comes with a rubber mat.  Less than half the copies made of the first edition came with a rubber mat, and nearly everything since then (the rest of the first edition plus almost every future edition and spin-off version) then included a cloth or felt mat.

The game is complete other than one card, but being down a card will not affect game play at all.  The rest of the components are in great shape, and even the pens still work fine.

The box is in pretty good shape.  There are no obvious blemishes on it, such as creases and holes, but there's some sticker residue, and one corner has been repaired with packaging tape.
