Lionel 1033 Postwar 90 Watt Transformer - Untested, Needs New Power Cord

Up for sale is a genuine Lionel 1033 multi-control transformer from the postwar era (1948–1956). This was one of Lionel's most popular and reliable transformers, commonly included with O-27 and O-gauge train sets.

Condition: This transformer is untested and needs a new power cord. The cord is brittle and split. The handles move freely with no breaks. The case has normal scuffs, some paint loss, light rust on screws, overall decent cosmetics for its age. No major dents or damage. Internals look complete but have not been electrically tested.

Great candidate for restoration! Replacing the power cord on a 1033 is a common and straightforward repair. Once fixed, these are known to be very dependable transformers.
