Used and vintage so signs of wear and use are always present on items.  Have not attempted to clean or polish in any way.  There is a 16 marked on them. Hard to read, there is a dab of yellow paint, probably feom last guy who used to mark them. Leather is worn and dirty, bit stiff, but movable. There is rust on bucles, worn leather around the edges, not sure if they are missing anything, maybe cute decor piece,
