I strive for perfect feedback by doing these simple things:

• Description Accuracy:  I have tried to be as descriptive and informative as possible with this listing. If there are any flaws or defects with an I am selling, I will always include the picture of it for your review. It is your responsibility to determine if it is enough of an issue or not to bid or forgo on my listing. If you have any further questions, please contact me. I only ask that it be VERY specific in your questioning so there are no misinterpreted answers after the sale.

• Prompt Shipping:  All of my listings are pre-packaged and ready to ship for prompt shipping. Even though I have listed shipping within two days, I pride myself in having a shipping label on the package within hours after payment. 

• Communication:  I am very approachable. If you have any questions on any of my ongoing listings, I try to respond within the shortest amount of time possible. (My actual career demands I be with my patients throughout the day so it may take a little longer to get back with you if it is during my practice hours).

If you feel I have failed at any of these things, I will do what it takes to make the situation right.  Please contact me before leaving any negative feedback. I will always give positive buyer feedback for payment made within 1 hour after an auction won or a BIN sale. Positive feedback will only be given to those who give positive feedback after their purchase is received.

These are my absolutes on every sale:

• Your payment must be through PayPal only and within 48 hours after the sale ends.  Failure to do so may result in termination of the sale and negative feedback received.  Failure to pay after my first email contact, 1 week after purchase, or asking Ebay for assistance in collecting payment and your Ebay ID will be added to my ban list. Cancelling a purchase after winning an auction or BIN listing will also land you on the ban list.

• Shipping is within the Continental USA only, overseas or Canadian inquiries will not be responded to. I will simply ignore your request or questions.

• I will only ship to the address verified with PayPal. I will not ship to an alternate address or PO Boxes.

• I will NOT end an auction early or entertain early termination offers as it violates Ebay policies.

• I will NOT entertain a buyer’s request to alter the cost of my listing or the shipping. Simply do not ASK!!!  I will not respond to your request.

• I do combine shipping when multiple items are purchased at the same time. Please let me know in advance that you are doing this and I will create an altered invoice based on the overall weight of the items combined. You will pay from the altered invoice I create and send to you through Ebay. If asked for in advance, I can only give you an estimate.
