A Vintage Hand Crocheted Linen Feed Sack Table, Buffet, Dresser, Mantel, or Sofa Scarf 1940-1950's.The farmer's wife typically bleached out the original printing on the feed sack before creating useful items to used around the house.  Doilies and dish towels are common examples.  This runner came from an Estate Sale in Waverly, Iowa and measures 37 1/2 inches in length and 13 3/4 inches in width.  
Condition: This item has no holes, tears or rips.  It was hand crocheted and all stitching is secure and intact.
