Preowned, tool looks like it was not used, bits look new un used. The outside needs a good clean. Twist off the end of football to open up Screwdriver and bits, there is 6 of them. Looks like it was kept as a souvenir, Novelty little trinket and not used for a tool. Needs cleaned. Have not attempted to clean or polish in any way. Vintage and or used so signs of wear and use are always present on items.
