No manufacture date on packaging, but I'm guessing late 70s/early 80s. Item is still brand new. The Philadelphia Ceramics package with the "Shalom" decal might contain 12 decals, but I only counted them as 6 since I can't physically see the others. The Passover Seder decals are in excellent condition and very vibrant.
