Let rice soak for 15 minutes before cooking. When ready, bring to a soft boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, or until moisture is absorbed. Remove from heat and let stand covered for 10 minutes. Fluff and serve. Makes about 4 cups of cooked rice. Note: If using electric rice cooker, combine 1-1/2 cups rice and 2 cups water in electric rice cooker pot. Continue as directed by the rice cooker manufacturer.
