Scarce 10‑inch Villar pressing — Conching Rosal Sings Kundiman — graded excellent across the board. Cover is clean and well‑preserved with only light age toning typical of early Villar stock; colors remain strong and the artwork presents beautifully.
Vinyl is a solid excellent, very close to pristine, with only slight surface marks and barely a faint storage scuff. Playback is mint or extremely close to mint, with barely any trace of surface noise — unusually quiet for a 10‑inch of this era.
Musically, this is Conching Rosal in full command of her operatic nightingale tone — luminous, agile, and emotionally resonant. The arrangements have that lush, warm Villar soundstage, and her phrasing brings a depth and clarity that defines the Kundiman tradition. A standout early Villar release, increasingly hard to find in this condition, and a beautiful showcase of Rosal’s unmistakable voice.
