PLEASE NOTE - As we are a business, messages sent during the weekend or after working hours (Monday to Friday 9-4) may not be answered immediately, but we will respond when back to work.
Postage
Items bought/won will be dispatched within 2 working days from our warehouse.
Delivered Monday - Friday
We offer UPS postage on all items and Royal Mail tracked on smaller items. We endeavour to ship ASAP, any purchases after 12 noon will be dealt with the following day. Once tracking is updated it MAY take another 24hrs before parcel is collected, this is out of our control.
Signature upon delivery is required.
If you require urgent shipping/postage, please contact us, we will do our best to accommodate.

We will ship to Europe at the relevant cost.
Feedback
We value our eBay store and endeavour to offer excellent service and value for money, however sometimes we get it wrong. Please contact us to resolve any issues before leaving negative feedback, most issues are easily resolved.
Payment
We require payment within 2 days of purchase please.
If we have not received funds, an unpaid item case will be automatically opened by eBay on our behalf.
Returns
Unless otherwise stated, we offer a 14 day return period. Please check your item within 14 days notifying us of any problems. Returns after 14 days will not be accepted.
VAT
We are a UK VAT registered company and a VAT invoice will be available with each purchase. VAT at the current rate is included in our prices and the advertised price is what you will pay.
Warranty & Guarantee
All items we sell include our own in house RTB warranty of 90 days. Warranty covers all parts and labour.
Warranty does not cover damage or misuse by the customer.
Batteries are not included in warranty. (A failed battery will need to be reported within 14 days from the date of receiving the item, see DOA policy below.)
Please do not return an item without contacting Clinch-IT first.
If you have a problem please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
During the first 14 days you are covered by our DOA (Dead on Arrival) policy. As part of this policy Clinch-IT will accept the return for repair or replacement. After this period the cost of return falls to the buyer.
When returning an item if possible, use the original packaging when sending back the product to us. If your parcel was damaged please use new packaging to send the product back to us. For items which contain batteries, including lithium batteries, make sure the package is strong and rigid. Secure the equipment against movement within the outer packaging and against accidental activation. Put filling materials, such as bubble wrap or some newspaper, around the product to fill any empty spaces in the box. Failure to securely package an item for return will invalidate warranty if the unit is damaged in transit.

Grade A
Grade A refurbished laptops are the closest you’ll get to a new device and are in excellent condition. These laptops may have slight blemishes, such as minor scratches or scuffs, but these are too subtle to be noticeable unless examined closely. Grade A laptops are fully functional and have all of their original components.
Grade B
Grade B refurbished laptops show signs of light use, with some cosmetic imperfections that are not noticeable when the laptop is powered on. They may have scratches or dents on the case, but they are not major issues.
Grade C
Grade C refurbished laptops have more noticeable signs of wear, such as larger scratches, scuffs, cracks or dents. However, they are still fully functional and have all of their original components.
Grade D
Grade D refurbished laptops have significant cosmetic damage, such as large cracks or dents. They may also have missing or damaged components. However, they are still fully functional and can be used for basic tasks.
