Book is in extremely rough condition. There are small chunks of cover missing. Staining on front, back, and spine. Wear on every corner and edge. Pages have some staining and a handful are dogeared. See pictures for damage. Will include a small zip lock bag with three different leaves that very well may have been in there since the 1870s.
