When shooting, the aperture must be set manually via the lens's aperture ring, and focusing is achieved by rotating the barrel of this adapter ring. The camera must be set to manual (M) mode with the "Shoot Without Lens" function enabled.

Important Usage Notes:

1. Functional Limitations: This is a purely mechanical passive adapter. It does not support any automatic functions, including auto aperture, auto exposure, autofocus, and electronic communication. Full manual operation is required.

2. Required Camera Setting: Before use, be sure to find the "Shoot Without Lens" or similar shutter release option in the camera menu and set it to "Enable" or "Allow"; otherwise, the shutter will not release.

 

Operation Steps:

1. Set the focus mode to manual focus (MF).

2. Focusing Operation: Focus by rotating the telescoping barrel of this adapter ring. The lens's own focusing ring can be set to infinity or any other position.

3. Aperture Control: The aperture must be set manually using the aperture ring on the lens.

4. Set the camera mode dial to manual (M) mode and manually set the appropriate shutter speed and ISO.

5. Dimensions and Tips: The adapter length is adjustable between 24.6mm and 35.1mm. For high-magnification macro shooting, using a tripod is recommended for optimal stability. Note that when the adapter is fully extended, the overall length and center of gravity will change.
