The product is a personal used luggage tag belonging to baseball Hall of Famer Bert Blyleven, who played for the Minnesota Twins.

This tag was used during his days as the TV voice of the Twins and includes a photocopy of the original COA showing that it came directly from Bert’s personal collection.
