This  is a World War II era Ludwig Victory, Victorious snare drum with original wood lugs. Made in the United States. This 14-inch snare drum is a 1940's vintage piece with historical significance, featuring a classic design and craftsmanship. It was made of  at least 90% wood parts due to WWII metal retrictions With its patriotic theme and mostly original parts, this drum appeals to collectors and musicians looking for a piece of history to add to their percussion arsenal. The skins are torn. There are lots of scratches , dents, wear and tear. Untested and sold as is for parts.  Needs restoration. No returns. See photos for description and condition!
