ALL ITEMS ARE TESTED BEFORE SALE UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE IN THE DESCRIPTION OF THE ITEM.
I will always describe my items to the best possible condition as i see and test them.

you have any problems with an item or are not fully satisfied with your
purchase, please contact me as soon as possible so I can try to resolve
the problem.
I will send items via Royal Mail wherever possible.

Most
of my items will be sent by TRACKED, RECORDED or SIGNED FOR delivery,
Should an item go missing a full refund will be given ONLY when Royal
Mail or the Courier used declares that the item is lost. Please allow
time for investigation as this gives me adequate time to investigate and
raise dispute with the services to confirm losses and to get clearance
of losses for myself and the buyer.
Should an item be damaged I will
require photographic evidence of damage to the parcel and contents which
we can then present to Royal Mail or the Carrier.
