The initials tag can be changed for FREE at any Tumi store; they can apply new initials or a plain patch, takes them 5 minutes (I have had several Tumi items over the years) Amazing backpack and portable office, can hold files, two laptops , tablets etc. The bag is like new, and is 100% Authentic. Be wary of the knock offs (they are all over here) 

This retails $650 I use tons of backpacks and briefcases, just clearing some room , but happy to keep this one if it doesn't sell.
