Logistics Policy:
1.Our ebikes and escooter are shipped from the US warehouse. Usually use Fedex logistics. The logistics delivery time is generally 5-7 business days.
2.Our accessories are usually shipped from China. Usually use SpeedPAK, Fedex logistics. The logistics delivery time is generally 10-20 business days.
It maybe delayed due to the holiday or other natural disasters and other factors.
After-sales Policy:
Generally, our ebikes and escooters have a warranty period, generally 1 month, 6 months, 12 months, depending on which accessories. Some brand products have a longer warranty. If the damage is caused by human factors or private modification, the warranty is generally not available.
Return Policy&Notes:
1.Our ebikes and escooters offer a 30 days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2.If you want to return the product, please contact us directly. If it is a quality problem (such as missing accessories, accessories not working, etc.), please tell us what the problem is, and take photos and videos to us so that we can help you solve the problem better.
