The lever seems to move freely and item looks decent BUT it has the following issues: 1. it appears to be missing the square nut (circled in red in the last picture). 2. the black plastic piece (circled in yellow) is very chewed up.

I’m not sure, but I believe the black plastic piece is just to keep debris out. I will still include the damaged one.

If you can get a replacement nut from the manufacturer, or even from the hardware store, I believe this would be fully functional.

As it does gave those issues, and I don’t know a lot about it, I am selling it as-is, no returns.

To be clear THE LAST PICTURE WITH THE SQUARE NUT AND BLACK PLASTIC CAP IS NOT MINE. I DO NOT have the square nut and the black cap is in rough shape.
