* Important Information to Remember*
- I can combine shipping for TWO consecutive Auctions, if you want this, notify me BEFORE paying, if you pay invoice before notifying me I must ship per eBay's policy.
- There is a limit per large priority box. We can fit up to 8-10 African violets depending on size. If you have a larger order we will combine as much as we can till we have to fill another box. 
- If you purchase more than ONE plant, please wait for an invoice since eBay's automatic system tends to over charge.
-If you have COLD/HOT weather PLEASE request insulation, it is up to you to keep track of your weather. We can provide fiberglass insulation for an additional charge but we must be notified.

***Shipping schedule***
All payments received by Noon (12 pm EST) Sunday will ship Monday, 
payment received after that time will most likely be held till the following Monday.
This is due to needing the time to prepare your order for shipping.

All orders will ship via priority mail, unless express is requested
I cannot be responsible for delays by the Post Office, but will work with you if there is a problem.
All insurance claims via post office needs to be done by the buyer, since you are in possession of the plant.

Plants are from a registered Licensed and Inspected Nursery in the State of North Carolina

All plants are grown on site and not imported or bought from wholesale companies. 
They are grown from cuttings and then propagated.
Sometimes there is only one plant, sometimes several.
Each plant is treated on regular basis to prevent insect and diseases.



Plants are packed very carefully, but on occasion some damage may still happen during shipping, a broken leaf(s) or spilled soil does not mean the plant is not salvageable. Message me and I will help as much as possible via messages. 
**If  there is a problem, please let me know within 24 hours. I want you to be happy with your purchase.
 No need to leave negative feedback.**
If the plant received is not salvageable, I will be happy to send another plant if available or on an agreed substitute, but buyer must pay shipping or have it sent free with another order. 

Shipping/return policy: I'm unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges.
I'm not responsible for weather related damages, losses, delays or carrier mishandling.
It is the buyer's responsibility to purchase a heat pack if temperatures require one.
