He is a national assistant art designer, specializing in the production and research of purple clay pots. Fang Kaiming's works integrate various artistic forms such as literature, history, painting, calligraphy and engraving. The craftsmanship is exquisite and he pursues perfection. During the production process, he strictly follows ancient methods, from material selection and clay preparation to production, all are completed by pure handwork. He has extremely high requirements for each process and will rework if there is any defect.

Introduction to the base inscription: Yang Youlan was a renowned teapot maker from the late Qianlong period to the Jia Dao period. He mainly makes large and small round teapots. He is skilled in painting.
