Returns are accepted ONLY if the item has initial failure or does not match the description. We do not accept return or refund request for the following cases.
(1) The wrong selection of the item.
(2) Reason of "I do not like it" or "I changed my mind".
(3) Opened or unsealed items.
(4) Ink flow becomes worse using ink made by other brands.
(5) Delivery delays for the reason of customs in buyer's country.
Response
There are times when I am unable to respond or reply to messages for 1-2 days.
About 3 times a year, we are unable to respond to messages for 3-4 days.
This is during consecutive holidays or when I am ill.
