Power Reservearound 60 hours At first glance, it appears to be a simple and classic 3-counter Chronograph, but in fact, this Chronomaster Sport is an ambitious work equipped with the caliber El Primero 3600, which further emphasizes the advantages of the traditional 36,000 vibrations per hour high-frequency Chronograph by improving the readability of the measured time to 1/10th of a second with the Chronograph second counter that rotates once every 10 seconds located in the center of the dial. While the conventional Cal. 400 series used the fourth wheel that rotates once every minute as the power source of the Chronograph, this El Primero 3600 uses a gear on the same axis as the escape wheel as the power source, which is said to enable the hands to move six times faster than before. In addition, it should be noted that it has an irregular 3-counter with a 60-second counter at the 3 o'clock position and a 60-minute counter at the 6 o'clock position to correspond to the high-speed Chronograph second hand in the center, and the power reserve has been extended from the previous 50 hours to 60 hours due to improved power transmission efficiency. |
