Unit is coming from a used environment with wear and tear from use overtime. Monitor is in B-Grade conditon with bumps and scuffs on plastic housing but screen still in good conditon. Unit has a small issue that when tilted causes the colors to shift slightly. Unit is tested using VGA input. Listing does not include a power cord. A 30-day return period also applies to items that arrive in the condition described in the listing. We will refund the purchase price of the item, however, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs unless explicitly written otherwise. Grade C monitors have scratches or shadows on the screen that are noticeable when the screen is powered on, but the monitor is fully functional. The monitor stands and plastic housing might have moderate scratches and/or hairline cracks. Monitor may have defective pixels.
