** MCM Czech Large & Heavy Rudolf Jurnikl Osaka Sun Rays Vase 10x6x5 Inches ( 1960s 70s ~ Ex ) **

A large structural Czech Osaka / Sun Rays pressed art glass vase designed by Rudolf Jurnikl for Libochovice in 1969 (Note; I believe the “Sun Rays” name was changed to / added to “Osaka”, after the vase being displayed at the 1970s Expo in Japan). Vase measures 10-1/8 inches in length, 6-3/16 inches in width, and 4-25/32 inches in height, weighing 2985 grams (6.58 pounds), being in excellent condition showing some very minor damage (Note; one end of the vase has two very small chips measuring 3/16 of an inch long, both being very hard to notice even when being looked for, one on the underneath side of one of the radiating lines, the other on the foot rim “see 9th & 10th photos).
