I ordered these shoes through an online store, but I ordered a Men's Size 9.5. They sent me a Women's Size 11. They would not allow me to return or exchange as they kept saying they were still equivalent to a Men's 9.5. They are beautiful shoes and I wish they could have worked out, but unfortunately men's and women's shoes have slightly different fits.
