2) The metal ratchets/dogs of our recoil assembly DOES NOT engage in your OEM Starter Pulley; so, you need to use our recoil starter assembly & starter pulley/metal cup together. Fitting & high performance of our recoil starter assembly on your engine is guaranteed if you're willing to replace your OEM starter pulley with ours. If you do not want to do an extra work on our pulley when necessary, please DO NOT place an order with us.
