Product Description

The Nike Air Penny II Miami Heat is a high-top basketball sneaker featuring a black upper, lace panel, and lacing accented by University Red piping. Nike has long had close relationships with professional athletes, and the Penny II was designed for All-NBA First Team and NBA All-Star member Anfernee Deon "Penny" Hardaway for his final season with the Miami Heat in 2007.

The 1C branding refers to Penny's one-cent nickname, while the shoe's colorway features Miami Heat team colors. A wavy, curved white midsole is oversized, extending to the lace panel at the midfoot and exposing the heel's Max Air cushioning. 1C branding in Varsity Maize and University Red appears on the outer heel, accented by additional 1C branding on the tongue and the Nike Swoosh on the rear heel. A University Red outsole ties the aesthetic together.
