We are happy to offer for your consideration, a lovely pair of mid-century Huge French Escutcheon or a set of plates backing the keyhole. These were mostly used for decoration, but they were also practical and kept the door from wearing. These were made in the 1950s with a lattice work design of brass over a chrome background. They have a real mid-century modern feel and are in very good antique condition. It is a match pair and we only have one of them.

They are approximately 8 1/4 inches across by 3 1/4” inches tall please see the pictures as they have the actual measurements in them
