This is a beautiful, hand-thrown studio pottery mug featuring a rich, deep cobalt blue glaze with organic "drip" accents over a natural stoneware base.

Signature: Stylized monogram "A" with a cross-hatch/hash-mark design.

This piece is a wonderful example of contemporary studio stoneware, showing both the skill of the potter and the unique characteristics of the firing process.

Condition Details:

Glaze Imperfections: There is a tiny imperfection in the glaze on the rim and the glaze did not completely cover the interior (see photos).

No chips or cracks. The exposed stoneware on the base and interior is part of the original artisan process.
