VTG HUGE BIG 23"x15"x11"Jackes Evens Galvanized Mailbox Rural Farmhouse Rustic

Exact Measurements:  23.5"L x 15"H x 11.25"W

This is a genuine Jackes-Evans galvanized mailbox with the name embossed on back. It has been painted either brick red or a primer(hard to tell). But for sure is galvanized underneath. Has a minor dent on top at the rear of the box. (see last two pics) Not sure how good you can see in pic. Its not very noticeable to start with. Also the top latch needs repaired. (see pic) Still opens and closes good but needs fixed if you want to put a lock on it. There are 3 small mounting holes on the side. We had this mailbox mounted about 12 foot in a tree with "air mail" on the side. Needless to say it made for a great conversation piece. Awesome vintage piece to use as you like.
