This revolutionary all-metal hotend design completely eliminates the PTFE tube, ensuring a temperature resistance of up to 500°C. It can seamlessly print with a range of materials from regular PLA and ABS (200°C-300°C) to advanced high-temperature filaments such as PPS, PPSU, and PEEK (300°C-400°C; water cooling may be required). The expertly polished inner wall significantly reduces blockages and improves material flow, allowing for flawless performance.
Enhanced Heat Dissipation:
Featuring a V2 improved heatbreak design, this kit includes red copper at the cold end for rapid heat dissipation. The stainless steel neck is reinforced with titanium screws, ensuring stability and support, while titanium’s low conductivity helps retain heat where it’s needed.
