All our products are 100% authentic. We look at every item that we list in detail to ensure that you are always receiving an authentic product.

Condition

We take a lot of Photos! Please see all the photos and know what you are bidding on. Boxes may contain dents, rips, seal punctures and more so please see the photos. Some of our sealed products are great to keep sealed while others are best to rip!

Shipping Services

We ship with either USPS Ground Advantage, or with FedEx Ground services within 2 business days of payment received.

If you pay for your item on Monday, it ships by Wednesday, assuming it is not a Holiday.
If you pay for your item on Tuesday, it ships by Thursday, assuming it is not a Holiday.
If you pay for your item on Wednesday, it ships by Friday, assuming it is not a Holiday.
If you pay for your item on Thursday, it ships by Monday, assuming it is not a Holiday.
If you pay for your item on Friday, it ships by Tuesday, assuming it is not a Holiday.
If you pay for your item on Saturday, it ships by Tuesday, assuming it is not a Holiday.
If you pay for your item on Sunday, it ships by Tuesday, assuming it is not a Holiday.
If you need Expedited Shipping of a product, please contact us before paying for the item and ask for an invoice. We will send you an invoice with Expedited Shipping to pay and expedite your order. If you pay for standard shipping, you will receive standard shipping.

Invoices and Combined Shipping

We allow combined shipping in one single box for up-to 5 items - or up-to $500 in total value, whichever occurs first. Some items are marked “Not Eligible for Combined Shipping” so please be sure to read the Item Description before entering a bid. If you win multiple items and pay, we will issue you a shipping refund once we process your shipping label.

Messaging and Questions

We will respond to messages within 24 hours. We reserve the right not to respond to the question if the question is answered below.

We do not take and send extra photos.
We do not accept offers in messages.
We do not want to trade.
Auctions are Auctions. Please do not ask for our “best price”.
We do not ship to Hotels or Motels.
We will not ship to a different address than what you have registered with eBay

Cancelling Bids

We will cancel your bid up to the last day of the Auction. If your request is within 24 hours of the Auction ending, we reserve the right not to cancel your bid.

Returns and Exchanges

We will accept your purchase as a Return up to 15 days after delivery confirmation to you with no questions asked. Please purchase a label and attempt to reuse the box we sent the item to you in back to us. We will inspect the item within 24 hours of receipt. Assuming all is well, we will fully refund you. If there is clear tampering or damage, we will report your return as Fraud.

In the event the Postal Service damages your purchase during transit – please immediately contact us after receipt and begin the return process. As above, we will inspect your return within 24 hours and either issue you a refund or offer an Exchange if we can accommodate one. The choice is yours.

Feedback

We will issue positive feedback to all our customers for each transaction within 2 weeks of the item’s shipment to you. We kindly ask for your feedback on our service.

Non-Paying Bidders

eBay no longer supports negative or neutral feedback for buyers. To keep Non-Paying Bidders from wasting our time in the future, we will simply ban/block them from purchasing from us going forward. Simple as that.
