A William Bounds Wood Pepper Mill c1999 Robert Wilhelm that is about 18" tall.  This pepper mill will grind pepper but it has issues and would be better in a collection.  The plastic spacer that holds the grind head in place in broken and pieces are missing.  So it pepper were ground, it might continue to break until the grind head was no longer held in place.  The second issue is a shallow crack that runs three quarters of the way around the base.
