This a limited edition cel from the premier appearance of Bugs Bunny and Elmer Fudd in a Wild Hare; directed by Tex Avery. It is an artist proof #22/50 cel is hand inked, hand painted and individually signed. There is a minor scratch and dent on the frame. The certificate of authenticity is crumpled but no rips or tears.
