NBA basketball is one of the most challenging and dynamic sports in the world and comes to PS3 in all its charm with a cast that includes the best players and the most famous teams, offering an extremely realistic simulation on the field during which you can improve knowledge of the game and its strategies.

The title offers a next-generation experience, extremely realistic mechanics, downloadable add-on content and graphics so crisp that it will feel like you are in the field. It also uses an advanced control system, thanks to the motion-sensitive SIXAXIS ™ wireless controller, which guarantees full freedom of expression on the pitch, experiencing a new possibility of movement in the game, whether in possession of the ball or not. The character models have innovative animations, new dynamic movements and even a new generation skin texture that makes them instantly recognizable. You can take on the role of famous NBA players or create your own alter ego from scratch to advance during the 2007-08 season. Each week you will have to overcome two challenges in order to advance, some of which will require, for example, shooting from a specific area.

There is also the online mode that every week will give you the opportunity to download and overcome new challenges. Throughout the season and beyond, PS3 selects challenging performances that must be matched or surpassed - five new challenges will be added each week.
