Is this regular glass or leaded crystal glass? 

I am definitely not an expert in that determination. It is heavy, has a nice long ring, and shows some mild rainbow refraction as might be expected in a low-lead content crystal glass. But the "cuts" are not as sharp as I typically think of with leaded crystal, and there is no maker's mark as is common on much leaded crystal. There are also two vertical seams on each side, indicative of pressed glass.
