Excellent condition from non smoking home.  Always stored in climate controlled room. 

No scratches on any of the vinyl records, or the CDs.  There's some slight shelf wear on the spine of the box (see pictures).  Cassette tape has never been played. The book and other inserts are in excellent condition.
